Included in this initial beta are the following utilities.
* Tracker - a tool for GMs to keep track of NPC stones and actions. It handles basic stone spending and regeneration.
* Converter - for converting characters from the Marvel SAGA rules. Additional conversion systems will be incorporated, and powers have yet to be added.
